中国话语规划:人类命运共同体建设中语言规划的新任务

Discourse Planning of China: A New Task for Language Planning in Building a Community of Shared Future for Mankind

服务与推进人类命运共同体建设是新时代中国语言文字工作的重要任务,也是中国语言规划的战略使命。新中国成立70年来,中国语言规划在经历了从语言本体领域进入到语言使用与应用领域之后,在新时代背景下,亟待系统开展话语规划领域的研究。本文基于语言政策与规划理论源流的梳理,分析语言规划实现话语规划研究转向的必要性,提出新时代中国话语规划的三大目标与任务。

Serving and promoting the community of shared future for mankind is both an important task of Chinese language management in the new area and a strategic mission of Chinese language planning. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,Chinese language planning has experienced the transition from the field of language ontology to the field of language use and application. To Cater for the national strategic transformation in the new era,it is urgent to carry out systematic research in the field of discourse planning. Based on the origin and development of language policy and planning theory, this paper analyzes the necessity for language planning to turn to discourse planning,and proposes three goals and tasks of Chinese discourse planning in the new era.
