摘要
为了改善患者的就医体验,更为了满足人们日益增长的健康水平需求,舒适化治疗在医疗领域的应用日趋普遍.医疗质量管理体系的构建是提升医疗质量、改善医疗服务、保障患者安全的关键措施.文章拟从医生准入管理、风险防控、安全(不良)事件管理、医疗目标管理考核评价等方面初步探索口腔舒适门诊医疗质量管理体系的构建.
Comfortable treatment is widely used in various fields of medical profession.It is to improve the patient's medical experience and to meet people's growing health needs.The construction of medical quality management system is a key measure to improve medical quality,imp rove medical services and ensure patient safety.In this paper,the construction of medical quality management system in dental comfort clinic is discussed from the aspects of physician admission management,risk prevention and control,safety(adverse)incident management,assessment and evaluation of medical target management.
