摘要
牙科焦虑症是一种在口腔治疗中常见的心理障碍性疾病,是一直困扰口腔医生和患者的难题.“舒适化医疗”理念的提出既是为解决牙科焦虑症,更是为满足当前人们日益增长的自身健康水平的需求.文章拟从“以患者为中心”理念、风险管理、护理人员执行力3个方面讨论无痛口腔门诊优质护理的质量管理.
Dental anxiety is a common psychological disorder in oral treatment,which has been a problem for dentists and patients.The concept of comfortable medical treatment is proposed not only to solve dental anxiety,but also to meet the growing needs of people’s own health level.This article discussed the quality management of quality nursing in painless outpatient clinic from three aspects:patient-centered concept,risk management and nurses'executive ability.
