长链非编码RNA MALAT1与心血管疾病发生发展关系的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(MALAT1)归属于lncRNA家族,是长度约8778 bp的长链非编码RNAs。伴随着高通量测序、微阵列芯片等科学技术的迅猛发展,MALAT1在心血管领域的研究越来越深入。目前,MALAT1在先天性心脏病、冠心病、心肌缺血/再灌注损伤、糖尿病性心肌病等疾病中均有涉及与研究报道。MALAT1可能作为一种重要的生物标记物,对于心血管疾病的早期诊断、及时治疗和远期预后的评估发挥重要作用,但其参与心血管疾病的深入机制,还有待进一步研究。 Metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1)belongs to the lncRNA family,which is approximately 8778 bp in length.With the rapid development of high-throughput sequencing,microarray chips and other scientific technologies,MALAT1 is increasingly researched in the cardiovascular field.At present,MALAT1 has been involved in research and development of congenital heart disease,coronary heart disease,myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury,and diabetic cardiomyopathy.As a biomarker,MALAT1 may play an important role in the early diagnosis,timely treatment and long-term prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.However,the mechanism of cardiovascular diseases remains to be further studied.
