The basic idea of a new round of territorial space planning:Promote high-quality and coordinated development in the region and integrate the three core coastal areas

全面分析了新一轮国土空间开发的背景、意义和必要性;探讨了我国国土空间规划面临的主要问题;提出了新一轮国土空间开发的目标和任务;总结了沿海三大核心区国土空间规划和高质量一体化发展规划的经验和特点。建议:借鉴沿海三大核心区国土空间和区域经济一体化的先进经验,在我国新一轮国土空间规划和区域经济一体化规划中,高度重视在区域经济高质量协调发展中起着关键作用的蒙新和青藏地区发展战略的重要意义。

This paper comprehensively analyzed the background,significance and necessity of the new round of territorial space development,discussed the main problems faced by China’s land space planning,put forward a new round of territorial space development goals and tasks,and summarized the experience and characteristics of land space planning and high-quality integrated development planning of the three core coastal areas.It puts forward some suggestions:drawing lessons from the advanced experience of land space and regional economic integration in the three core coastal areas,in the new round of land space planning and regional economic integration planning in China,we should attach great importance to the development strategy of Mongolia,Xinjiang and Qinghai-Tibet region,which plays a key role in the high-quality and coordinated development of China’s regional economy.
