摘要 以新媒体时代特征为切入点导入高校体育教学内容,创新高校体育教学方法。利用翻转课堂教学法为当代大学生课外学习与课外锻炼进行辅导,引导学生领悟自主创新学习方法。文章通过实验法对实验组与对照组学生的学习情况与考核情况做出对比分析,得出结论。检验翻转课堂教学法在高校体育教学中的可行性,旨在为高校大学体育课程改革提供可参考依据。 Taking the characteristics of the new media era as the starting point, the paper introduces the content of college physical education and innovates college physical education teaching methods. Using the flipping classroom teaching method to provide guidance for contemporary college students’ extracurricular learning and extracurricular exercise, it guides students to comprehend independent innovation learning methods. This paper also makes a comparative analysis of the learning situation and assessment of the experimental group and the control group through the experimental method, and draws conclusions to test the feasibility of flipping classroom teaching method in college physical education teaching, aiming at providing reference for college physical education curriculum reform.
