基于美育视角的高校形体教学研究

Research on Physical Teaching Based on Aesthetic Education in Colleges and Universities

高校通过开展形体教学,既可以帮助大学生塑造良好的体型和优美的姿态,也可以促进高校美育教育活动的开展。文章从美育视角出发,发现形体教学中的美,激发学生在形体课上的审美情趣,提高学生对美的鉴赏能力;从优化形体课教学设计以及充分发挥教师的主导作用等层面对高校形体教学进行探索。

Through physical teaching, colleges and universities can not only help college students to shape good body and graceful posture,but also promote the development of aesthetic education activities.From the point of view of aesthetic education this paper takes physical education as the object of study,discovers the beauty in physical teaching,stimulates students’ aesthetic taste in physical education, improves students’ ability to appreciate beauty, optimizes the teaching design of physical course and gives full play to the role of teachers.
