摘要 文章通过对目前市场上的自清洗过滤器进行调研和分析,提出了采用微处理器控制多个小型过滤单元实时在线反冲洗的过滤方案。项目完成了系统电路板、控制程序、主要功能、屏幕显示等内容的设计。目前该控制系统已经交付用户使用,各项技术指标均达到设计要求,具有较好的市场推广价值和经济效益。 Based on the research and analysis of self-cleaning filters on the market at present, the project "Development of Automatic Backwashing Filtration System" of Science and Technology Branch of Hubei Education Department puts forward a real-time online backwashing filter scheme using microprocessors to control multiple small filter units. The project has completed the design of system circuit board, control program, main functions, screen display and so on. One academic paper has been published and one software copyright has been obtained. The project has high innovative value and solved two technical problems. It has successfully passed the final evaluation of the academic committee. At present, the control system has been delivered to users, and all technical indicators meet the design requirements. It has good market promotion value and economic benefits. This paper introduces the research results of this technology in order to further promote its application.
