摘要
本文主要探讨了零件倒角处理,以及FANUC数控系统宏指令应用的相关问题。本文首先对FANUC数控系统进行简单的阐述,形成基本的认识;然后对FANUC数控系统宏指令的突出特点及其在倒角处理编程中应用的优势进行详细的分析,明确其在零件倒角处理中应用的必要性;最后对FANUC数控系统宏指令具体的使用方法及基于FANUC数控系统宏指令的零件倒角编程的具体原理与思路进行了详细分析,从而为开发出基于FANUC数控系统宏指令的零件倒角程序提供参考。
This paper mainly discussed the chamfering of parts and the application of macro instructions in FANUC NC system. Firstly, this paper briefly expounded the FANUC NC system to form a basic understanding;secondly, it made a detailed analysis of the prominent characteristics of FANUC NC macroinstruction and its advantages in chamfering processing programming, and clarified the necessity of its application in chamfering processing of parts. In the end, the specific application method of macro instruction in FANUC CNC system and the specific principle and idea of part chamfering programming based on macro instruction in FANUC CNC system were analyzed in detail, so as to provide reference for developing part chamfering program based on macro instruction in FANUC CNC system.
