Automatic Control System of Chemical Cleaning Vehicle

化学式清洗车包括主车、副车和去污头。主车与去污头连接,用于化学清洗直流供电、供液、回液收集;副车用于电解液配制、废液暂存、槽式电化学清洗。本文对化学式清洗车进行控制模块设计、操作界面设计,以对化学式清洗车进行自动化控制。

Chemical cleaning vehicle including main vehicle, auxiliary vehicle and decontamination head. The main vehicle is connected with the decontamination head for chemical cleaning DC power supply, liquid supply and return collection of electrochemical decontamination, and the auxiliary vehicle is used for preparation of electrolyte, temporary storage of waste liquid and electrochemical decontamination of trough. In this paper, the control module design and operation interface design of the chemical cleaning car were carried out to control the chemical cleaning car automatically.
