摘要
在输(储)水工程中,由于其特殊的运行条件,混凝土的老化形式和机理更为多样和复杂,如裂纹、碳化、溶蚀、冻融剥蚀、化学腐蚀、冲磨破坏等,所以对防护和修补提出了更高的要求。随着社会的发展和对修补防护作用认识的加深,高性能环氧防护修补材料的应用已越来越普遍。薄覆型环氧砂浆采用活性増韧体系,使材料具有良好的韧性,可避免应用过程中环境温度变化等因素引起的应力积累,防止防护层开裂和脱空。
In the transportation(storage) water project, due to its special operating conditions, the aging form and mechanism of concrete are more diverse and complex, such as crack, carbonization, dissolution, freeze-thaw erosion,chemical corrosion, erosion damage, etc. Higher requirements are placed on protection and repair. With the development of society and the deepening of understanding of repair and protection, the application of high-performance epoxy protective materials has become more and more popular. The thin-coated epoxy mortar adopts an active toughening system to make the material have good toughness, avoid stress accumulation caused by factors such as environmental temperature changes during application, and prevent cracking and voiding of the protective layer.
