摘要 本文以雨生红球藻为研究对象,研究LED灯对红球藻的影响,并进行了光照测量实验、光照均匀性对比实验等。此外,以LED光照强度与雨生红球藻增殖阶段藻细胞半径作为研究对象,建立两种回归模型,并对两种模型进行了分析,并最终确定两者之间的数学模型,为日后的科学研究奠定基础。 In this paper, the influence of LED lamp on Haematococcus pluvialis was studied, and the experiments of light measurement and light uniformity were carried out. In addition, taking LED light intensity and algal cell radius in the growth stage of Haematococcus pluvialis as the research object, two kinds of regression models were established, and the two models were analyzed, and the mathematical model between them was finally determined, which laid the foundation for future scientific research.
