基于师范教育改革的山东省师范专业认证策略研究

A Study on the Strategy of the Certification of Normal Major in Shandong Province Based on the Reform of Normal Education

师范教育改革对于我国整体教育事业的发展具有至关重要的意义,同时与师范专业认证也存在着千丝万缕的联系。近年来山东省师范教育中教师改革正在迈入快车道,做好师范专业认证工作不仅有助于师范教育改革的纵深发展,同时也能推动基础教育中教师职后教育质量的提升,为了进一步探索提升师范专业认证的具体策略,在本文当中对相关课题进行了系统研究。

The reform of normal education is of great significance to the development of the whole education in China,and it is also inextricably linked with the professional certification of normal education.In recent years,the reform of normal education in Shandong Province is stepping into a fast lane.To do a good job of normal professional certification is not only conducive to the in-depth development of normal education reform,but also to promote the quality of post vocational education in basic education.In order to further explore the specific strategies to improve the certification of normal profession,this paper makes a systematic study of the relevant topics.
