摘要
合成了N,N′-二乙基-N,N′-二苯基-[2,2′-联吡啶]-6,6′-二硫代酰胺(Et-Ph-BCTABipy)萃取剂,并利用13 C NMR和1H NMR对其进行了表征;研究了相接触时间、萃取剂浓度、水相初始酸度和Pd 2+浓度等因素对Et-Ph-BCTABipy萃取Pd 2+性能的影响,利用摩尔比法确定了Et-Ph-BCTABipy与Pd 2+所形成的配合物组成;同时,在Ln(Ⅲ)与Pd 2+共存体系中研究了Et-Ph-BCTABipy对Pd 2+的萃取选择性。结果表明:Et-Ph-BCTABipy在HNO 3体系中对Pd 2+具有较强的萃取性能和较高的萃取选择性;萃取过程中Et-Ph-BCTABipy与Pd 2+以1∶2的比例结合,其萃取平衡常数K ex=3.42×106。
In this work,a phenanthroline based tetradentate neutral sulfur-containing ligand,N,N′-diethyl-N,N′-diphenyl-[2,2′-bipyridine]-6,6′-bis(carbothioamide)(Et-Ph-BCTABipy)was synthesized and characterized by 13 C NMR and 1H NMR.The effects of phase contact time,concentration of extractant,and initial concentration of HNO 3 and Pd 2+in aqueous phase on the extraction performance of Et-Ph-BCTABipy were studied,and the complex composition of Et-Ph-BCTABipy with Pd 2+was determined by molar ratio method.At the same time,the extraction selectivity of Et-Ph-BCTABipy to Pd 2+was also studied in the coexistence system of Ln(Ⅲ)and Pd 2+.The results show that Et-Ph-BCTABipy has strong extraction performance and high extraction selectivity for Pd 2+in HNO 3 system.During the extraction process,Et-Ph-BCTABipy combines with Pd 2+in a ratio of 1∶2,and its extraction equilibrium coefficient is K ex=3.42×106.
