摘要
针对风机盘管机组应用于低温冷冻水工况下送风温度低的问题,提出带混风功能的风机盘管机组。通过在送风段设置旁通风道进行混风,可以提高风机盘管机组送风温度,提高人体的舒适程度,并有效降低出风口凝露的风险。对普通风机盘管机组和带混风功能的风机盘管机组在风量、制冷量、出风温度等方面进行对比,结果表明风机盘管机组在增设混风功能后,以旁通风道面积为盘管迎风面积的5%为例,风量会增加3.3%,制冷量衰减10%,出风温度升高1.29℃。
Aiming at the issue of low temperature of air supply when fan coil unit are used under cryogenic chilled water conditions,the fan coil unit with mixing air function is put forward.Through mixing the air by means of the bypass duct in the air supply section,the temperature of air supply from fan coil unit can be increased,the comfort degree of human body can be improved,and the risk of condensation of outlet can be effectively reduced.The air volume,cooling capacity and outlet temperature are compared between the common fan coil unit and the fan coil unit with mixing air function.The results show that after adding mixing air function to the fan coil unit,taking the unit with the bypass duct area which accounts for 5%of the windward area of coil unit as an example,the air volume will be increased by 3.3%,the cooling capacity will be decreased by 10%,and the outlet temperature will rise by 1.29℃.
