高强度聚集超声在骨肿瘤中应用的回顾性研究

A retrospective study on the application of high intensity focused ultrasound in bone tumor

目的回顾性研究高强度聚集超声(HIFU)在骨肿瘤中的应用,对其临床疗效及预后改善情况进行综合分析。方法59例诊断明确的继发性骨肿瘤患者,均采用聚焦超声肿瘤消融机进行HIFU治疗。对比患者治疗前后Enneking功能评分及治疗后不同时间生存率。结果59例患者中,有5例患者失访,未观察到生存时间,其余54例完成随访。治疗后,患者Enneking功能评分明显优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。54例完成随访的患者中,治疗后6个月生存率为100.00%,治疗后12个月为75.93%,治疗后18个月为66.67%,治疗后24个月为55.56%。结论HIFU用于骨肿瘤的临床治疗中,有利于改善患者临床症状和预后水平,提升预后生存率,保证患者生活质量,可联合放化疗以取得更好效果。

Objective To retrospectively study the application of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)in bone tumor,and to analyze its clinical efficacy and prognosis.Methods A total of 59 patients with confirmed secondary bone tumors all received HIFU therapy with focused ultrasound ablation machine.The Enneking functional score before and after treatment and survival rate at different time after treatment were compared.Results Of the 59 patients,5 cases were lost to follow-up,no survival time was observed,and the remaining 54 cases were followed up.After treatment,the Enneking functional score was obviously better than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 54 patients who completed the follow-up,the survival rate was 100.00%at 6 months after treatment,75.93%at 12 months after treatment,66.67%at 18 months after treatment and 55.56%at 24 months after treatment.Conclusion Application of HIFU in the clinical treatment of bone tumors helps improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients,improve the survival rate of prognosis,and ensure the quality of life of patients.It can be combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy to achieve better results.
