黄芪注射液对血液透析患者残余肾功能的影响

Effect of astragalus injection on residual renal function in hemodialysis patients

目的分析黄芪注射液对血液透析患者残余肾功能的影响。方法85例血液透析患者为研究对象,采用随机摸球法分为对照组(42例)和观察组(43例)。对照组采用常规性血液透析并注射生理盐水,观察组在常规血液透析基础上注射黄芪注射液。对比两组患者治疗前后的肾功能指标[血尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(SCr)、残余肾功能(RRF)]、日均尿量。结果治疗后,观察组患者的BUN为(40.25±4.15)mmol/L、SCr为(510.37±62.53)μmol/L、RRF为(5.23±1.06)ml/min,均显著优于对照组的(34.25±2.61)mmol/L、(493.52±56.91)μmol/L、(5.79±1.20)ml/min,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组日均尿量(602±86)ml高于对照组的(506±82)ml,日均尿量减少幅度(71±38)ml低于对照组的(156±42)ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为血液透析患者注射黄芪注射液可有效改善患者残余肾功能,增加日均尿量,有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of astragalus injection on residual renal function in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 85 hemodialysis patients as study subjects were randomly divided into control group(42 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The control group was treated with routine hemodialysis and normal saline,and the observation group was treated with astragalus injection on the basis of routine hemodialysis.The renal function indexes[blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCR),residual renal function(RRF)]before and after treatment and average daily urine volume was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of BUN,SCr and RRF were(40.25±4.15)mmol/L,(510.37±62.53)μmol/L and(5.23±1.06)ml/min respectively in the observation group,which was significantly better than(34.25±2.61)mmol/L,(493.52±56.91)μmol/L and(5.79±1.20)ml/min in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average daily urine volume(602±86)ml in the observation group was higher than(506±82)ml in the control group,and decrease of daily average urine volume(71±38)ml was lower than(156±42)ml in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus injection can effectively improve the residual renal function of hemodialysis patients,and increase the daily average urine volume.It has clinical application value.
