婴幼儿医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤风险评估量表的研制及初步评价

Development and prelimary evaluation of the risk assessment scale for medical adhesive-related skin injury in infants

[目的]构建科学可行的住院婴幼儿医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤风险评估量表,并对其进行信效度分析和界值的确定。[方法]通过文献查阅与专家访谈编制婴幼儿医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤风险评估量表,运用此量表对某三级甲等医院293例住院患儿进行评估,确定量表的预测价值。[结果]量表包含2个维度、17个条目,受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.917(P<0.05);评分者间信度为0.847;当确定临界值为28.0分时,量表的灵敏度为86.27%,特异度为98.76%。[结论]本研究编制的住院婴幼儿医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤风险评估量表具有良好的信效度和预测能力,有助于临床护士筛选医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤高危患儿,进行针对性护理。

Objective:To construct scientific and feasible risk assessment scale of medical adhesive-related skin injury in infants in hospital,then to make a reliability and validity test and boundary value determination.Methods:The risk assessment scale of medical adhesive-related skin injury in infants were developed by the methods of literatures review and expert interviews.A total of 293 hospitalized children in a tertiary grade A hospital was evaluated by the scale.Then the predicted value was analyzed.Results:The developed risk assessment scale for medical adhesive-related skin injury in infants consisted of two dimensions,involving 17 items.The area under receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was 0.917,P<0.05.And the inter-rater reliability was 0.847.When the boundary value was 28.0 points,the sensitivity and specificity of scale were 86.27%and 98.76%,respectively.Conclusion:The developed risk assessment scale for medical adhesive-related skin injury in infants has good reliability,validity and predictive ability,which could be helpful for clinical nurses to screen infants at high risk of adhesive-related skin injury and effectively implement targeted care.
