GH3535镍基高温合金的焊丝匹配及接头性能对比

摘要 采用ERNi Mo-2焊丝和ERNi Mo-3焊丝对GH3535镍基高温合金进行了焊接,从接头成形、显微组织、接头硬度、拉伸性能及断口分析等方面综合对比了两种焊丝的焊接性及焊接接头性能。结果表明,两种焊丝在相同工艺参数下,接头均可实现较好的成形情况,两种焊丝的焊接接头组织特征接近,热影响区出现了碳化物共晶转变现象;显微硬度分析表明,ERNi Mo-3焊丝焊接接头中焊缝金属硬度弱于母材,而ERNi Mo-2焊丝焊接接头焊缝金属硬度与母材相当;拉伸性能结果表明,两种焊丝焊接拉伸试样均从焊缝处断裂,ERNi Mo-2焊丝焊接接头的常温屈服强度、高温屈服强度、抗拉强度及断后伸长率整体要高于ERNi Mo-3焊丝焊接接头,呈现出较高的强度。综合而言,ERNi Mo-3焊丝更适合于GH3535镍基高温合金的焊接应用。 GH3535 nickel base alloy is welded with two kinds of ERNiMo-2 and ERNiMo-3 wire.Their weldability,microstructure,hardness,tensile property and fracture characteristics of the joints are contrasted.Results show that the two kinds of welded joints have good weldabilities,and good weld forming are obtained under the same process parameters.Both of the welded joints have similar microstructure,eutectic transformation of carbides are found in the heat affected zone.Mechanical test results show that the microhardness of the weld metal of ERNiMo-3 wire is equivalent to base material and higher than that of ERNiMo-3 wire.Moreover,all the tensile specimens are fractured at weld,and the tensile strength of the weld joint with ERNiMo-2 wire is higher than that of ERNiMo-3 wire.Generally speaking,ERNiMo-2 wire is more suitable than ERNiMo-3 wire for the welding application of GH3535 alloy.
