健康中国背景下地方高校高素质公共卫生与预防医学研究生培养模式与实践

Health China under the Background of Local Colleges and Universities Graduate Student Training Mode and Quality of Public Health and Preventive Medicine Practice

健康中国战略背景下,地方高校公共卫生与预防医学研究生教育面临一系列的机遇与挑战。南华大学公共卫生学院围绕下得去、留得住的高素质公共卫生人才培养目标,改革教育教学理念,构建了"一中心两基本点三注重"的公共卫生与预防医学研究生人才培养体系。促进公共卫生与预防医学研究生专业课程教学改革,构建了"四个突出"的公共卫生职业能力培养保障体系。加强校外公共卫生与预防医学研究生培养基地建设,把双导师制落到实处。结合学校特色、促进学科交叉,组建公共科研平台,为研究生培养提供项目与平台支撑。为地方高校开展公共卫生与预防医学研究生教育教学改革提供了借鉴和参考。

Under the strategic background of Healthy China,the graduate student educations on public health and preventive medicine in local colleges and universities have faced a series of challenges and opportunities.The public health college of University of South China has reformed the education teaching idea and constructed the cultivation system of public health and preventive medicine graduate talent about one center-two basic points-three focus,surrounding the training goal for high-quality public health talents to work and stay in the grass-roots work.The security system on public health professional ability training with four-highlight was constructed to promote the teaching reform of public health and preventive medicine graduate professional course.The construction of outside training base for public health and preventive medicine graduate was strengthened and the double tutorial system was implemented.Combining with the school characteristics and promoting the discipline overlapped,the public scientific research platform was established so as to provide the support of training project and platform for graduates.This study can provide the reference on the education teaching reform for the public health and preventive medicine graduate of other colleges and universities.
