在高校转型背景下,应用型人才的培养是地方高等医学院校的重要任务,也是当前医学教育的重要内容。针对低年级临床本科学生应用型人才培养重视不足的现状,地方高等医学院校应从课程体系、教学方法、实践教学、评价方法等多方面深化基础医学教学改革,达到提高学生能力,提升基础医学教学质量的改革效果。

Under the background of university transformation,the cultivation of applied talents is an important task of local medical colleges and universities,and also an important content of current medical education.In view of the insufficient attention paid to the cultivation of applied talents for junior clinical undergraduates,local medical colleges and universities should deepen the reform of basic medical teaching in the aspects of curriculum system,teaching methods,practical teaching and evaluation methods,so as to improve students’ ability and improve the quality of basic medical teaching.
