摘要 做好传、帮、带工作,为受援地医院检验科留下一支带不走的检验医疗队伍,是检验医疗技术援疆的最终目的。笔者以受援地医院检验人员为研究对象,按照带教前摸底测试成绩分为A、B两组,两组人员分别采用"问题为中心学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)结合案例式学习(Cased-based Learning,CBL)""教师授课为中心的传统教育模式(Lecture-based Learning,LBL)"的带教方式培训4个知识点,并以培训结束后闭卷考试成绩及问卷调查评估两种教学方式的效果。闭卷考试成绩及问卷调查结果提示,PBL结合CBL教学可充分调动受援地学员学习的积极性和主动性,并通过援疆专家的引导自主地将疾病诊断的相关知识点关联在一起,可有效提升检验人员对报告单解读的综合能力。 The ultimate goal of medical technology assistance in Xinjiang is to do well in transmitting,helping and leading work and to leave a medical team for the laboratory department of the recipient hospitals.The author takes the hospital laboratory staff in the recipient area as the research object and divides them into A and B groups according to the test results before teaching.The two groups adopt Problem-based Learning(PBL)combined with Case-based Learning(CBL)and the traditional education model of Lecture-based Learning(LBL),respectively.Four knowledge points were trained by PBL+CBL and LBL,respectively,and the results of closed-book exams and questionnaires after the training were used to evaluate the effects of the two teaching methods.The results of closed-book examination and questionnaire survey indicate that PBL combined with CBL teaching can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the students in aid,and independently link the relevant knowledge points of disease diagnosis through the guidance of teacher,which can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of examiners to interpret the report forms.
