摘要
目的探讨基于病例的"对分"课堂教学模式在医学遗传学中的应用。方法在医学遗传学理论教学中,选择西安医学院2016级口腔医学专业学生为实验组,对照组为本校2015级口腔医学专业学生。对照组医学遗传学课程教学采用传统讲授法,实验组采用讲授法结合"对分"课堂病例的讨论形式。课程结束后通过问卷调查和期末成绩了解教学效果。结果实验组学生期末考试平均卷面成绩优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组学生学习的兴趣性、课堂参与度和知识的融会贯通能力均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对分课堂可显著提高医学遗传学的教学效果。
Objective To explore application effect of the presentation-assimilation-discussion class in medical genetics based on case report.Methods In the teaching of medical genetics,Grade 2016 undergraduate students from Xi’an Medical University were selected as experimental group,which used PAD class;Grade 2015 undergraduate students were selected as control group,which used the traditional teaching methods.Results The average score of final examination in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the course,the questionnaire will be used to understand the effect.The interest,class participation and knowledge integration ability of the experimental group students were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PAD can be improved obviously in medical genetics classes.
