摘要 实验教学是医学生药理学教学过程中的一个重要环节,也是提升本科生创新思维的重要方式和途径。为了有效提升医学生创新能力,我们教研室经过多年的摸索,从优化药理学实验课程体系、增加自主性实验设计、开展探究式课外科研活动和实施多因素考核方案这四个方面对药理学实验课程体系进行了整体优化。经过多年实践表明,优化后的实验教学模式取得了显著成效。它给学生提供了广泛的自主学习空间,充分调动了学生的自主学习兴趣,营造出积极上进的学习氛围;加强了学生独立思考的意识和创新能力,提高了学生分析、解决问题的实践能力,使学生药理学知识结构系统化,其综合能力得到了全面协调的发展。 Experimental teaching is an important part of the teaching process of medical students’ pharmacology,and it is also an important way to improve the innovative thinking of undergraduates.In order to effectively improve the innovation ability of medical students,our pharmacological experiments curriculum system has been optimized in four aspects:optimizing the experimental course system of pharmacology,increasing the design of independent experiments,conducting research-based extracurricular research activities and implementing multi-factor evaluation programs.After years of practice,the optimized experimental teaching model has achieved remarkable results.It provides students with a wide range of independent learning spaces,fully mobilizes students’ self-learning interest,and creates a positive learning atmosphere;strengthens students’ independent thinking and innovation ability,and improves students’ practical ability to analyze and solve problems.Systematize the student’s pharmacological knowledge structure,and their comprehensive ability has been comprehensively coordinated development.
