感染病学实习教学中对医学生心理状态改进的探讨

Investigation of Medical Students’ Psychological State in Practice Teaching of Infectious Diseases

临床实习是临床教学的重要组成部分。在感染病学临床教学和实习带教中发现,实习生在感染科实习的心理状态不同于在其他临床科室,对学习的兴趣以及实习的效果影响很大。除了传授知识和技能外,教师根据医学生的心理特点,利用入科宣教、床旁示范教学、临床接触和实践、加强法律法规和医学心理学、医学伦理学等理论知识学习以及心理放松技巧等方法有针对性地进行心理干预,改进医学生学习感染病相关知识和技能时的心理状态。利用自行设计的问卷对153名实习生进行不记名调查,采用χ2检验进行统计学分析,结果显示:心理干预能够改进实习生的心理状态,提高感染病学的实习教学效果。

Clinical practice is an important part of clinical teaching.In the clinical teaching and practice teaching of infectious diseases,it was found that the psychological state of interns in infectious diseases department was different from that of other clinical departments,which had a great influence on their interest in learning and the effect of practice.Besides imparting knowledge and skills,according to the psychological characteristics of medical students,teachers should use admission education,bedside demonstration teaching,clinical contact and practice,strengthening the theoretical knowledge of laws and regulations,medical psychology,medical ethics and psychological relaxation techniques to carry out targeted psychological intervention,so as to improve the psychological state of medical students,who were learning the knowledge and skills related to infectious diseases.153 interns were investigated anonymously by self-designed questionnaire and analyzed byχ2 test.The results showed that psychological intervention could improve the interns’ psychological state and the teaching effect of infectious diseases.
