基于云班课的PBL教学模式在临床见习中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究基于云班课的PBL教学模式在《中医内科学》临床见习中的教学效果。方法将我校2015、2014级中西医临床医学专业本科见习学生分为实验组和对照组,在脾胃病见习中分别采用云班课-PBL教学法、PBL教学法,比较调查问卷、学习成绩、教师评价。结果与PBL教学法相比,云班课-PBL教学法在提高学习兴趣及积极性、知识的运用能力和临床思维能力、团队协作能力及促进师生与生生间交流、提高学习成绩等方面效果更好,学生更喜欢云班课-PBL教学法,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论基于云班课的PBL教学法可以提高临床见习教学效果,值得应用和推广。 Objective To explore the teaching effect of PBL modes based on Cloud Class in clinical practice in Chinese internal medicine.Methods The undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine of Chinese and western medicine of grade 2015 and 2014 were divided into a test group and a control group.The test group used PBL modes based on Cloud Class and the control group used PBL modes in clinical Practice about diseases of spleen-stomach.And the questionnaire,academic performance and teacher evaluation were compared.Results Compared with PBL modes,PBL modes based on Cloud Class get better effect in improving learning interest and enthusiasm,ability of using knowledge,clinical thinking and team cooperation,and promoting the communication between students and teachers and getting better academic performance,etc.Students prefer PBL modes based Cloud Class,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL modes based on Cloud Class can improve the teaching effect of clinical practice,which is worth applying and popularizing.
