A Review of the Clan Policy of Wu and Shu Kingdoms in the Three Kingdoms Period

三国吴蜀宗室政策是以皇族为宗室的两国封建诸侯的分封制及任用皇族的政策。吴蜀宗室政策的分封制为虚封,可能是基于管辖区域变小、当时人口锐减、需统一人力物力对抗他国的现实。蜀汉宗室政策做到了君臣较为和谐的共处;孙吴宗室政策没有根据实际情况而设置合理的政策。

Based on the royal clans,this article mainly discusses the feudal system of enfeoffment and the royal appointment system of Shu and Wu kingdoms in the three kingdoms period.The system of enfeoffment under the royal clan policy of Wu and Shu kingdoms was a virtual jurisdiction.,which is probably because of the narrowing of jurisdictions,the sharp decline in population and the reality of needing to unify manpower and material resources against the other countries at that time.The clan policy of Shu and Han kingdoms achieved a harmonious coexistence between the monarch and the minister while the clan policy of Wu kingdom did not set a reasonable policy according to the actual situation.
