民国时期职业院校的职业价值观教育

Study of Vocational Value Education in Vocational Colleges During the Republic of China Period

基于“教育救国”的梦想,民国时期职业院校高度重视对学生的职业价值观教育。其以“做健全的人”为教育目标、以“敬业乐群”为教育内容、以“浸润养成”为教育方式的职业价值观教育理念与举措对新时期工匠精神的培育具有诸多启示。当代职业院校要以“时代新人”为培育目标,以创新、引领能力为培育重点,以“三全育人”为培育模式,以制度建设为培育保障,努力将学生培养成为德技兼备的产业工人。

Vocational colleges in the Republic of China attached great importance to the vocational value education based on the dream of“saving the nation through education”.Its vocational value education concept and measures,which take“being a sound person”as the educational goal,“devotion and gregariousness”as the educational content,and“infiltrating and forming”as the educational mode,provide a lot of enlightenment to the cultivation of craftsman spirit in the new era.Contemporary vocational colleges should aim to cultivate the“successors of the times”,focus on innovation and leading ability,take“all staff,full course,whole field education”as the cultivation mode,and take system construction as the cultivation guarantee,so as to prepare the students to become industrial workers with both morality and technology.
