黑龙江省冰球竞技后备人才培养研究

Study on the Cultivation of Reserve Talents of Ice Hockey in Heilongjiang Province

运用数据分析法、访谈法等,梳理黑龙江省冰球竞技后备人才培养的历史变迁,分析发展现状及困境,提出培养思路。黑龙江省冰球竞技后备人才培养主要经历政府主导培养、体教结合培养、多元化培养三个阶段,目前主要存在选材体系不完备、硬件条件弱保障、冰球文化欠氛围、教学能力有短板、职业生涯少规划等问题。建议:选材体系科学化、硬件支撑多元化、冰球氛围浓郁化、教练能力综合化、职业前景清晰化、运作模式市场化。

By using data analysis and interviews, this paper reviews the historical changes of the cultivation of reserve ice hockey talents in Heilongjiang province, analyzing the current situation and dif ficulties, and puts forward solutions of cultivating talents. The cultivation of reserve talents in ice hockey in Heilongjiang province has mainly experienced the stages of government-led, combination of sports and education and diversi fied cultivation. At present, there are some problems. For example, incomplete selection system, weak guarantee of hardware conditions, lack of ice hockey culture, inadequate teaching ability, less guidance in career planning and some other problems. Suggestions: scienti fic selection system, diversi fied hardware support, rich ice hockey atmosphere, comprehensive coaching ability, clear career prospects, market-oriented operation mode.
