我国校园足球后备人才培养的现实困境与破解之道

The Realistic Dilemma and Suggestions of China’s Campus Football Backup Talents’ Cultivation

运用文献资料等方法研究我国校园足球后备人才培养问题。研究认为:足球运动振兴之基、体育产业发展之要以及体育强国发展之需是校园足球后备人才培养的现实诉求;培养环境之困、培养主体之困以及项目发展之困是当前我国校园足球后备人才培养的现实困境。建议:转变校园足球发展理念,应遵循“素质教育”“普世教育”的价值取向;构建以政府主体为主导,家庭主体、社会主体、职业化培养辅之的“四位一体”的多元培养主体;完善校园足球发展机制,创建优良的外部环境和内部机制。

This article uses literature reviews and other research methods to study about China’s campus football backup talent training.It is concluded that the necessity of sports industry development and the needs of sports power development are the two realistic demands of the cultivation of campus football backup talents.The restriction on developing problems are mainly include two aspects:the cultivation environment and the cultivation subject.Suggestions:change development concept of campus football,and follow the value orientation of“quality education”and“universal education”;build a“four-in-one”diversified training subject which dominated by government and supplemented by family,society and professional training;improve system of campus football,and create both good external and internal development environment.
