Construction and Development of Overseas Economic and Trade Cooperation Zones Along the “Belt and Road”

在梳理近年来我国境外经贸合作区建设基本情况基础上,重点以“一带一路”沿线设立的四个代表性境外经贸区为例展开对比分析,总结出合作区建设存在集中设立在发展中国家、合作水平有待提高、合作方式过于集中、园区扎堆、定位不清等问题,并提出合理定位、精准规划,纵深发展、不断创新,专业机构、综合评价,政府搭台、企业唱戏等针对性的发展建议。

Based on the basic situation of the construction of China’s overseas economic and trade cooperation zones in recent years,the paper focuses on the four representative overseas economic and trade zones established along the“Belt and Road”as a comparative analysis,and concludes several problems,such as the construction of cooperative zones is concentrated in developing countries,the level of cooperation needs to be improved,the cooperation methods are too concentrated,the parks are piled up,the positioning is unclear,and so on.And it puts forward targeted development proposals:reasonable positioning,precise planning,deep development,continuous innovation,professional institutions,comprehensive evaluation,government establishment,and corporate singing,etc..
