摘要
现阶段,低压配电网的自动化和智能化管理水平相对于输电网较为落后,低压配电网成为了智能电网建设最薄弱的环节。低压配电台区迫切需要能够实现可观可测、支持整体运维的管理平台。因此,文章立足于当前低压电网拓扑识别技术的发展现状,设计了低压电网拓扑实时生成平台及其配套的低压电网拓扑实时生成系统。希望通过该系统能够加强对配电台区内电能质量、供电可靠性、经济运行等方面的管理,提高低压配网的管理水平。
At present,compared with the transmission grid and medium voltage distribution network,the automation and intelligent management level of low-voltage distribution network is backward,which is the weak link of smart grid construction.The low-voltage distribution network urgently needs a management platform that can support overall operation and maintenance.Therefore,based on the current development status of low-voltage grid topology recognition technology,this paper designs a low-voltage grid topology real-time generation platform and its associated system.It is hoped that the system can strengthen the management of power supply and improve the management level of the low-voltage distribution network.
