摘要
教师政策与制度愈发呈现出促进教师专业发展的取向,并常体现为“教师专业发展政策与制度”。本文通过对教师专业发展的政策与制度研究的基本现状的归纳和梳理,较为直观地透视其中存在的一些问题:具体现实问题的研究颇多,宏观学理层面的探究甚少;研究视角多元,但仍存在局限;教师政策与制度的研究较多,专业发展政策与制度的研究较少;基于内在发展的研究较深入,基于外部保障的研究亟待深化。以此期望后续研究能够在学理层面的系统性和整合性、研究视角关注区域间的差异、理论话语与行政话语的整合以及研究方法的多元化层面做进一步的思考与探究。
Teacher policies and systems have increasingly shown the orientation of promoting teacher professional development,which is often reflected in“teacher professional development policies and systems”.By systematically summarizing and sorting out the basic statusquo of the policies and systems of teacher professional development,this paper has directly shown some of the problems,including the following:there are many researches on the concrete practical problems,but few on exploration of the theories at macro level;the research perspective tends to be diverse,but there still exist limitations;there are many researches on teacher policy and system,but few on those of teacher professional development;the researches based on internal development tend to be more through,but those based on external guarantee need to be deepened.Therefore,this paper expects that further consideration and exploration can be made in the systematic and integrated research of theories,the regional differences of the research perspective,the integration of theoretical discourse and administrative discourse,and the diversification of research methods.
