不断轨轨道称重装置在天车秤中的应用研究

摘要 目前国内外大型钢铁、冶金、焦化、矿山企业,使用天车对货物列车进行装载时,属于目测估计,存在着的超载、欠载状况严重,每年因此而带来的因超载的罚款、欠载损失达数百万之多,同时也给铁路运行带来了严重的安全隐患;或者是装载后货物列车经轨道衡过衡计重后再实行多卸少补的操作,这对装载操作带来了极大的不便,同时需铁运部门多次调度过衡计重,也给铁运部门的调度等带来繁重的工作及降低货物列车的使用率,增大火车机车的行运时间,使能源消耗增加、环境污染增大。目前,国内外许多衡器生产企业生产出天车称量装置多少属一些低精度的用于天车起吊超载限制的设备,因其大约只有5%的精度,计量精度低、稳定性差、设备改动大、维护量大、存在较大的安全隐患等问题。 At present,there is a serious overload,underload situation in the use of the crane to load the freight train for large iron and steel,metallurgy,coking,mining enterprises,which brought serious safety hidden trouble to railroad operation.After loading,the freight train weighed by the rail scale brings great inconvenience to the loading operation.The railway transport department has dispatched the freight train for many times,which brings heavy work to the railway transport department and reduces the utilization rate of the freight train,increases the travel time of the locomotive,and increases the energy consumption and environmental pollution.At present,many weighing machine manufacturers produce low precision crowbar weighing device used for crowbar lifting overload limit equipment which has low measurement accuracy,poor stability,large equipment changes,large maintenance,security risks.
