摘要
本文叙述了如何从电子皮带秤的皮带速度、皮带单位长度载荷入手将一台计量稳定性非常差、计量误差很大的电子皮带秤,经过一个简单的改进后极大地提高了其计量性能;叙述了皮带的速度、皮带的张力、皮带的单位长度载荷、刮料板和挡料板是如何影响电子皮带秤的计量精度的。
This paper describes how to improve the measuring performance of an electronic belt scale with very poor measuring stability and great measuring error after a simple improvement,starting with the belt speed and belt length load of the electronic belt scale,and how do scraper and baffle affect the measuring accuracy of electronic belt scale.
