Discussion on the Supervision of Weighing Instruments in Fair Markets

电子计价秤因使用方便快捷、精准直观、性价比高等优势,已经成为集贸市场中应用最广泛的贸易结算用衡器。但随着科技的发展,利用电子芯片实施作弊的现象呈现多发态势,只需按几个键就能变出所谓的“八两秤”甚至“五两秤”,再按某个键或断电重启就可恢复正常,这种作弊方式操作简单,极为隐蔽,让监管部门颇感头痛。本文根据笔者的多年衡器检测工作经验,提出自己的一些看法。

Electronic price computing scale has become the most widely used trade settlement weighing instrument in the market because of its advantages of convenience,high accuracy,intuitive and high cost-effectiveness.However,with the development of science and technology,cheating with electronic chips is on the rise.The so-called“eight-liang scales”or even“five-liang scales”can be get by pressing a few keys,and then can be restored by pressing a key or switching off the power and restarting.This kind of cheating method is easy to operate and extremely covert,which makes the supervision department feel troublesome.Based on the author's years of experience in weighing instrument testing,this paper puts forward some views.
