摘要 人工智能技术的发展为成人的教与学带来新的可能性和挑战,一定程度上冲击现有成人教育哲学流派的相关思想,尤其是本体论。从成人教育价值看,虽然人的可持续发展依然是成人教育关注的焦点,但其应该与人工智能时代的诉求保持动态的匹配,从传统的“读写算”素养向“科技、数字和人文”素养转延伸,从“硬技能”向“软技能”转变,从“收敛性思维”向“发散性思维”拓展;从成人教育知识观看,知识将从精英阶层回归到大众手中,使得学习更加便利化,知识生产既包括“人—人”模式,还将出现“人—机”模式;从成人学习者的地位看,成人学习者在某一情境下有可能从完全主动角色向局部被动角色转变;从成人教育工作者的角色看,情境性适应哲学能够为成人学习者提供个性化学习,成人教育工作者的角色趋于动态多元。为此,人工智能时代的成人教育需要根据相关变化有效应对。 The development of Artificial Intelligence technology brings new possibilities and challenges to adult education and learning,and to a certain extent impacts on the relevant thoughts of the existing philosophy of adult education,especially on ontology.From the perspective of adult education value,Although human sustainable development is still the focus of adult education,it should be dynamically matched with the demands of the era of Artificial Intelligence,from the traditional"reading,writing,arithmetic"literacy to the"technical,digital and humanities"literacy,from"hard skills"to"soft skills",from"convergent thinking"to"divergent thinking";from the perspective of adult education knowledge,knowledge will return from the elite to the masses,making learning more convenient.,knowledge production models includes"human-human"mode,and"human-machine"mode;from the perspective of the position of adult learners,adult learners may change from a fully active role to a partially passive role in a certain situation;from the role of adult educators,situational adaptation philosophy can provide personalized learning for adult learners,the role of adult educators tends to be dynamic and diverse.Therefore,adult education in the era of Artificial Intelligence needs to respond effectively to the relevant changes.
