摘要
职业教育的教师队伍建设是培养乡村振兴所需职业技术人才的母机和引擎,也是彻底解决乡村振兴中人才危机问题的关键举措。基于当前乡村职业教育教师队伍建设滞后的现状,服务于乡村振兴的职业教育应围绕建设一支专业化的教师队伍目标定位出发,从专业理念中融入乡土情怀、专业知识中融入乡土资源、专业能力中融入产业振兴能力的标准维度建构。具体的实施路径有:科学预测教师队伍建设的质量规格需求;创新建构"双师型"教师队伍的培养体制;多措并举改革教师队伍的人事管理制度;完善多主体参与的资源共享机制。
The construction of teaching staff in vocational education is not only a machine tool and an engine to cultivate vocational and technical talents needed for rural revitalization,but also the key measure to thoroughly solve the problem of talent crisis in rural revitalization.Based on the lag of teaching staff construction in rural vocational education,the vocational education serving the rural revitalization should focus on the goal of building a professional teachers’team,and construct from the dimensions of integrating local feelings into professional ideas,local resources into professional knowledge,and industrial revitalization ability into professional competence.The specific implementation path includes predicting scientifically the demand of quality and specification of teaching staff construction,creatively constructing the cultivating system of"double-qualified"teachers,taking multiple measures to reform the personnel management system of teachers and improving the resource sharing mechanism with multiple participants.
