实证研究方法在新型职业农民培育研究中的应用

The Application of Empirical Research Method in the Research on Cultivating New Professional Farmers

基于内容分析法,以2012—2018年新型职业农民培育的相关实证研究论文为研究对象,探究实证研究方法在新型职业农民培育研究中的应用现状。结果发现:新型职业农民培育研究中实证研究成果的数量较少;新型职业农民培育的混合研究方兴未艾,其量化研究呈现出良好的发展态势,而质性研究则处于相对边缘的境地;相关实证研究所使用的抽样方法不够规范,主要存在抽样方法单一、抽样步骤描述简单等问题。据此建议:提高实证研究的意识和能力;扩大质性研究的规模;重视抽样方法的规范使用。

Based on the content analysis,this paper takes the relevant empirical research papers on the cultivation of new professional farmers from 2012 to 2018 as the research object to explore the application status of empirical research methods in the research on the cultivation of new professional farmers.The results show that there are few empirical results in the research on cultivating new professional farmers;the hybrid researches on the cultivation of new professional farmers are in the ascendant,among which,the quantitative research shows a good momentum of development,while the qualitative research has been relatively marginalized;the sampling methods used in empirical studies are not standard enough,mainly existing the problems of single sampling methods and simple description of the sampling procedure.Accordingly,it is suggested to improve the awareness and ability of empirical research,to scale up qualitative research and attach importance to the normative use of sampling methods.
