开放式病房精神分裂症患者服药训练的设计及应用研究

Design and application of medication training for schizophrenics in open ward

目的探讨开放式病房精神分裂症患者服药训练的设计及应用。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月广西脑科医院心理科一病区住院治疗的精神分裂症患者96例及其家属,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组进行常规药物护理,观察组进行常规药物护理及服药训练。观察两组PANSS、HAMD、HAMA、服药依从性、精神疾病知晓评分比较的差异。结果研究前,两组PANSS、HAMD、HAMA、服药依从性、精神疾病知晓评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练结束后、出院后6个月、12个月,两组PANSS、HAMD、HAMA评分均低于研究前,服药依从性、精神疾病知晓评分均高于研究前,且组间比较有明显差异,P<0.05。观察组出院后6个月、12个月复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论服药训练对开放式病房精神分裂症患者具有良好的效果,能有效改善患者不良情绪,提高患者治疗依从性,同时能够加强患者家属对疾病相关知识的了解,有利于对患者实施监督,降低疾病复发率,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the design of medication training for schizophrenia patients in open ward.Methods A total of 96 schizophrenic patients and their family members from January 2017 to March 2019 in No 1 ward of psychological department in Guangxi brain hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48).The patients and their relatives were given routine medicine nursing in the control group,and the patients and their relatives were trained in the routine medicine nursing and medication training in the observation group.Results Before the study,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in PANSS,HAMD,HAMA,compliance.The PANSS,HAMD,HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before the study,6 months and 12 months after the training.The scores of the two groups were lower than those before the study.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of mental illness awareness were higher than those before the study,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group at 6 months and 12 months after discharge was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Medication training has a good effect on patients with schizophrenia in open ward.It can effectively improve patients'bad mood,improve patients'compliance to treatment,and enhance the knowledge of patients'relatives about diseases.It is helpful to supervise the patients and reduce the recurrence rate.It is worth popularizing and applying.
