摘要
由于厂拌热再生沥青混合料在生产时,铣刨料(RAP)的加热温度与新集料和沥青的加热温度存在差异,并且RAP回收后的沥青与新沥青混合后黏度较传统指数偏高,所以存在拌和不均匀的隐患,进而影响沥青混合料的质量。为分析厂拌热再生沥青混合料室内拌和工艺的均匀性,采用红外线测温仪对厂拌热再生沥青混合料的室内拌和及拌和楼拌和时间进行研究,控制沥青混合料的温度均匀性,保证沥青混合料质量。
In the production of asphalt pavement with central plant hot recycling,the heating temperature of RAP is different from that of new aggregate and asphalt,and the viscosity of RAP recycled asphalt and new asphalt mixture is higher than that of traditional index,which may cause the hidden danger of mixing and non-uniformity and affect the quality of asphalt mixture.In order to analyze the homogeneity of indoor mixing process of central plant hot recycling,infrared thermometer was used to study the indoor mixing and mixing time of central plant hot recycling in order to control the temperature homogeneity of asphalt mixture and ensure the quality of asphalt mixture.
