摘要
斜拉桥施工过程中,由于施工工艺复杂、施工周期较长,材料参数误差不可避免。为明确材料参数误差对施工过程的影响,以澜沧江斜拉桥为依托工程,选取主塔刚度、桥面板自重和主梁弹性模量等材料参数误差为变量,通过有限元分析,研究其对主梁线形、桥面板应力和斜拉索索力的影响。研究结果表明:主塔刚度、桥面板自重对主梁线形的影响较为显著;桥面板自重对桥面板应力的影响较大;主塔刚度对斜拉索索力的影响明显大于主梁弹性模量等参数。因此,施工控制过程中,应将主塔刚度和桥面板自重作为施工控制的重点。
The cable-stayed bridge s material parameter error is unavoidable due to complex construction technology and long construction period in the construction process.To clarify the sensitivity of material parameter errors,select the parameters of steel girder s dead weight,cable and main tower s elastic modulus based on the Lancang River Bridge to study the influence of the errors on the alignment of main girder,stress of bridge deck and cable force by finite element analysis.The results show that the main tower s stiffness and the deck s volume weight have significant effects on the alignment of the main girder.The weight of deck has a great influence on its stress,and the main tower s stiffness has a larger influence on the cable force than the steel main girder s elastic modulus and other parameters.Therefore,the main tower stiffness and the bridge deck s volume weight should be taken as the key points in the process of construction control.
