摘要
利用传统核型分析技术,对中国特有植物怒江红山茶(Camellia saluenesis)3个居群的染色体数目和核型进行研究.实验结果表明:3个居群均为二倍体,染色体基数x=15,染色体数目为2n=2x=30.祥云居群染色体核型公式为K(2n)=30=1M+27m+2sm,属于2A型;昭通居群染色体核型公式为K(2n)=30=21m(2sat)+9sm,属于2B型;永平居群染色体核型公式为K(2n)=30=22m(1sat)+5sm(1sat)+3st,属于2B型;且昭通和永平居群染色体组中均有2个随体;核型分析结果显示:3个居群在遗传上存在一定分化,核型不对称性存在一定差异.
Karyotype and chromosome number of Camellia saluenensis from three different localities were analyzed with traditional methods. The results are as follows: three Camellia saluenesis populations investigated are diploid with x=15,and the chromosome numbers is 2 n=2 x=30. The Xiangyun population’s karyotype formula is K(2 n) =1 M+27 m+2 sm, which belongs to 2 A type. The Zhaotong population’s karyotype formula is K(2 n) =21 m( 2 sat) +9 sm, which belongs to 2 B type. The Yongping population ’s karyotype formula is K(2 n) =22 m(1 sat)+5 sm(1 sat)+3 st, which belongs to 2 B type. The populations from Zhaotong and Yongping have 2 satellites. Karyotype analysis results show that there is some differentiation among three populations and the difference is also shown in the the karyotype asymmetries.
