摘要
以三氯氧磷、1,2-二肉豆蔻酰甘油及甘油缩丙酮为原料,通过磷酰化、水解等反应合成1,2-二肉豆蔻酰磷脂酰甘油(DMPG),反应收率为75.8%,其结构经过IR,MS,1H NMR及13C NMR等确证。该合成方法具有操作简单、条件温和、收率高等特点。
DMPG was synthesized by phosphorylation reaction and hydrolysis reaction with phosphorus oxychloride,1,2-ditetradecanoyl glycerol and acetone glycerol as raw materials,and the yield was 75.8%.DMPG was characterized by IR analysis,mass spectrometry,1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy.This process could overcome many scale-up challenges that existed in the methods reported in the literature and provided an easy,mild and high yield route for large scale synthesis of DMPG.
