摘要
利用端烯与巯基之间的光点击亲电加成化学反应,将表面富含巯基的二氧化硅微球均匀的附着在端烯修饰的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)表面,完成微球在PDMS表面的组装。分别采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、光学显微镜、接触角测量仪对修饰前后的基质材料进行表征检测,结果证实修饰在PDMS表面的端烯消失形成硫醚键,得到附着均匀的二氧化硅微球基质材料。通过这种方法,可以方便的在不同基材上负载二氧化硅微球。
By use of"light click chemistry"between of vinyl and thiol,Silica microspheres rich in sulfhydryl groups were evenly attached to the surface of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)modified by vinyl.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,optical microscopy and contact angle measurement were used to characterize the matrix materials before and after modification.The results showed that the vinyl modified on the surface of PDMS disappeared to form thioether bond,and the silica microsphere matrix materials with uniform adhesion were obtained.By this method,silica microspheres could be easily loaded on different substrates.
