Inheriting the essentials of policy research and creating a first-class health think tank——ten years of review and prospect to Shanghai Health Development Research Center

上海市卫生和健康发展研究中心(上海市医学科学技术情报研究所)正式成立于2017年6月,其宗旨是建设与国际接轨的一流卫生智库,并由此形成了“信息获取-整合研究-交流传播-政策转化”的业务发展循环。上海市卫生和健康发展研究中心以政策研究为核心,重点关注卫生改革与发展领域的重点、难点和热点问题,开展前瞻性、战略性、政策性研究,为政府部门和社会组织提供高质量的政策论证和决策咨询服务。近年来,已有逾50项研究成果直接转化为实际政策,为上海市乃至全国的卫生健康管理决策提供了有力支撑。

Shanghai Health Development Research Center(Shanghai Medical Information Center)was officially established in June 2017.It’s purpose is to build a first-class health think tank in line with international standards,and thus it forms the business development cycle of“information acquisition-integration research-exchange and communication-policy transformation”.Shanghai Health Development Research Center takes policy research as the core,mainly focuses on the key points,difficulties and hot issues in the field of health reform and development,conducts prospective,strategic policy research,and provides high-quality policy argumentation and decision-making consulting services for governments and social organizations.In recent years,more than 50 research results have been directly transformed into practical policies,which have provided strong support for health management decisions in Shanghai and even the country.
