从物资扶贫到智力扶贫——上海市健康扶贫人才培养发展历程与思考

From material poverty alleviation to intellectual poverty alleviation——the development course of and thoughts on the training of health poverty alleviation talents in Shanghai

新中国成立70年来,党中央、国务院高度重视扶贫工作,区域性整体减贫成效明显,贫困群众生活水平大幅提高,贫困地区面貌明显改善。但因病致贫、因病返贫的发生率仍然相对较高。文章简要回顾了上海市健康扶贫人才培养的历史发展,聚焦培养需求、人力资源、远程医学教育等问题,提出相应对策建议。

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to poverty alleviation work.In the meantime,remarkable achievements have been made in regional poverty reduction,the living standards of poor people have increased substantially,and poverty-stricken areas have assumed an obviously-improved look.However,the incidences of illness-caused poverty and poverty-caused illness are still relatively high.By focusing on training needs,human resources,and remote medical education,etc.,this article briefly reviewed the historical development of the training of health poverty alleviation talents in Shanghai,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions related thereto.
