摘要
本文在总结农业灌溉管理工作经验、教训及取得成绩的基础上,结合宁夏中卫市中宁县农业农村工作实际,分析农业灌溉在管理体制机制、运行管理、作物种植结构、面积以及工业发展挤占农业水资源等方面中存在的问题,提出农业灌溉走节水型道路的建议。
On the basis of summarizing the experience,lessons and achievements of agricultural irrigation management,combined with the actual work of agricultural and rural work in Zhongning County,Zhongwei City,Ningxia,analyze the management mechanism,operation management,crop planting structure and area of agricultural irrigation.As well as the problems in industrial development and the occupation of agricultural water resources,the proposal of agricultural irrigation to save water and water is proposed.
