Analysis on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Agricultural Machinery Safety in Remote Mountainous Areas

随着科技的进步,生产力技术含量的提高,产业的多样化,农业劳动力的减少与缺乏,促使农民开始使用各式农机具,农业机械化水平不断上升。由于地形地貌的限制,农民的文化差异,在农业机械使用时,操作水平参差不齐,存在机手熟练程度、管理水平、保修能力的技能差别,特别是田间操作技术薄弱和安全意识淡薄等问题,严重制约农业机械的综合效益。因此淘汰破旧机械和强化技术指导、技术培训、安全教育、安全督查、机械查检是提高农业机械化水平、效益、安全生产的重要保证。

With the advancement of science and technology,the increase of productivity and technological content,the diversification of industries,the reduction and lack of agricultural labor,and the use of agricultural machinery by farmers,the level of agricultural mechanization continues to rise.Due to the limitation of topography and landforms,the cultural differences of farmers,when used in agricultural machinery,the level of operation is uneven,there are skill differences in the proficiency,management level and warranty ability of the machine,especially the weak field operation technology and weak security awareness.The problem seriously restricts the comprehensive benefits of agricultural machinery.Therefore,the elimination of worn-out machinery and intensive technical guidance,technical training,safety education,safety supervision,and mechanical inspection are important guarantees for improving the level,efficiency and safe production of agricultural mechanization.
