摘要
本文选取12 K碳纤维布与刻槽聚氯乙烯(PVC)板作为湿式膜电除尘器的收尘极。对放电特性进行了研究:冲洗水流量分别为300、400、500、600、700 L/h,碳纤维布的电晕放电电流随冲洗水流量的增大呈现增大-减小-增大的趋势。在上述相同冲洗水流量下,刻槽深度与间距均为6 mm的PVC板的电晕放电电流随冲洗水流量的增大而增大。碳纤维布的除尘效率随烟气湿度的增大而增大,在烟气湿度为55%、冲洗水流量为600 L/h时达到最高值97.3%;PVC板作为收尘极时,当烟气湿度为75%、冲洗水流量为700 L/h时,除尘效率达到最大值为98.6%。
12K carbon fiber cloth and the grooved polyvinyl chloride(PVC)plate are selected as the dust collector of the wet film electrostatic precipitator.The discharge characteristics are studied:the corona discharge current of the carbon fiber cloth is possess the trend of increase-decrease-increase with the increase of the water flow rate of 300,400,500,600 and 700 L/h,respectively.At the above water supply flow rate,the corona discharge current of the PVC plate with the groove depth and the spacing of 6 mm increases with the increase of the water supply flow rate.Secondly,the de-dust efficiency of carbon fiber cloth increases with the increase of flue gas humidity,and reaches the highest value of 97.3%,when the flue gas humidity is 55%and the flow rate of water supply is 600 L/h.When the PVC plate is used as the dust collector,the humidity of flue gas is 75%and the flow rate of water supply is 700 L/h,the de-dust efficiency reaches the maximum value of 98.6%.
